Service Technician for Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Plants and Battery Storage Systems (m/f)

Your Responsibilities

You'll ensure that our power plants operate reliably and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing maintenance and service work on combined heat and power plants
• Remote troubleshooting and repair, as well as on-site service at the customer's location
• Assistance with the assembly, installation, and commissioning of new systems
• Participation in the retrofitting and optimization of existing energy systems
• Close collaboration with project managers and commissioning engineers
• Preparation and technical planning for future operations, including inventory management

You love technical challenges and troubleshooting, and you’ll spend about 40 to 60% of your time working on-site at customer facilities. The rest of the time, you’ll support our team, participate in technical training, and prepare for future assignments at our Langenthal location.

Your Profile

• Training as a mechanic with a good knowledge of electrical engineering, or as an electromechanic, electrical installer, or comparable training. Holder of a Category B driver's license
• Experience in maintenance, plant engineering, mechanical engineering, heating systems, or installation technology
• Knowledge of combined heat and power plants, heating systems, battery storage systems, or similar energy systems
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, and proficiency with MS Office
• Good written and spoken German and English; French is a plus
• A strong willingness to learn, flexibility, and team spirit
